Aw, thank you. Super doable: from any button subwidget you make in your menu, add OnClicked event. After the event, right-click and type “skill tree pro”, drag off that node and type “open” and select “open/close skill tree”.
Because the system is designed with modularity in mind, that’s all you need to do to manually open the skill tree from anywhere! This is also in the documentation if you want visuals.
Hello. I’m interesting in Skill Tree Pro, however I already have a working menu that uses CommonUI with several layers and other features, like equipment, inventory, map, etc. Can the skill tree be embedded in one of my menu views?
I saw your response above that it can be opened or closed from any button click but it was not quite clear to me how it works. I wanted it to be embedded in an existing menu, not opened as a standalone widget pushed to the player’s viewport. Is that possible?
