Engine/Launcher deployment to multi-user non-admin environment

I work for De Montfort University supporting 200+ Game Art students who have access to 170 computers with Unreal Engine and Games Launcher installed. There was mention of providing a deployment tool some years ago but I’ve not seen anything released, so I was wondering if you might consider addressing the following:

  1. Enabling the lock-in to a single version of Launcher and Engine during the academic year (Sept-June) - i.e. turning off the automatic updating of the Launcher which breaks the link to Engine
  2. Providing an easy mechanism to wrap up the installation of Engine and Launcher installation into something deployable (we use SCCM here)
  3. Addressing the need to write into restricted folders (C:\Program Files\Epic.…) when a non-admin packages for Windows 64bit
