Engine crashs randomly with Assertion failed.. when just closing any Blueprint

Since 5.3 I got the Problem, that the whole Editor crashes fatally with this Error:

And I can’t find out, what the problem is…

Tried:
Reinstall the Engine multiple times (8+ times…)
Reinstall Visual Studio
Verified Installation of Engine multiple times
COMPLETELY reinstalled everything…

Nothing helps…

Does one know how to fix that? It’s so annoying… Cause it happens randomly from time to time… Even when trying to close a fresh and new blueprint…
