All versions of engine crash on launch.
What I do:
Click the unreal engine desktop icon → engine project browser appears —> I click new project —> then click anywhere —> engine crashes.
I am working on a notebook with AMD graphics. Notebook is connected to power adapter. All drivers are up-to date. All pre-requisites are installed. Unreal Engine 4 powered games launch with no problems.
Additional info to exclude certain scenarios:
-I once managed to create a new third person BP project and successfully playing it in PIE.
