Engine crash with code c0000028 during load project

Hi ,
if i try to load my project the engine crashed, also when i try to load “LakeSide” from Marketplace.
I have fresh installed the engine on a new i5 intel system with nvidia GTX750Ti and 32GB Ram.

Found the problem : Spruce_Short_Billboard.uasset from Lakeside seems to be corrupt
