Engine crash issue

I’m a newbie and have encountered several engine crash issues recently. I hope I can get help from my friends here.

Crash case 1
Due to project settings, I am sometimes asked to restart the engine. When I restart, an error window will pop up when compiling shaders in the Logo menu. The content is “Crash inside the platform compiler:”. This will be displayed no matter how many times I restart, and After clicking the OK button again, the compilation progress will stop.

Crash case 2
After purchasing some model resource packages from the mall and starting the engine after correctly placing them in the Content directory, double-clicking to view the relevant assets or dragging them into the scene, or opening the preview level of the relevant assets will cause the engine to crash directly, or even the computer to directly crash. Blue screen restart, this is my most distressing problem, as a result, none of the resources I purchased can be put to use.
