Enemy character will not move in new project

Hello! So I have created a new project recently and created a character class enemy that I want to follow the main character. I am using the same script that I used in an old project, so I know that the script should work, but the character still does not move at all. I am using an AIMoveTo node, and it seems to fail every time. I have even migrated the new enemy into my old working project, and it has worked flawlessly, but it still refuses to work in my recent project. Does anybody know of any world settings that may be preventing this movement?
