Enemies Are Sliding After Angular and Linear Velocities Are Zeroed

I have a parent actor that sets the Physics Angular Velocity in Degrees and Physics Linear Velocity to zero to stop sliding after the enemy dies. This stops two of the three children from sliding after death, but the third one won’t stop sliding. I can’t turn set simulate physics off because I need them to react to forces applied to them after death. Any thoughts?

After comparing the child actors it turns out the outlier has two identical physics sections. Both are identical. I’m thinking this has something to do with what’s happening. I’m not sure why it’s there or how to get rid of it.
