Steps to Reproduce

Hello. The core of the issue lies in a flaw within the AI bot—or the agent—responsible for automatically reviewing models whenever they are updated. Not only is it automatically flagging all sorts of models—monsters, zombies, men, and women—as “mature content,” but it continues to do so even after a successful appeal. The product is already on sale; when I submit an update, I receive a penalty notification claiming the model falls under the “mature content” category. I file an appeal, it gets approved, and the “mature” tag is removed. Yet, when I resubmit it, the system flags it again, insisting it belongs in the “mature” category. I’ve reached a point where, to avoid the hassle of another appeal, I’m willing to just mark it as “mature”—but the system won’t allow me to do that, either, because the model is already listed for sale without the “mature” designation. So, I submit it for an update review, and once again, I get hit with a penalty demanding that I mark it as “mature.” It’s a vicious cycle: I win the appeal, yet even if I wanted to select the “mature content” option, I’m unable to. I’ve submitted it for review five times now, and every single time, it comes back the same way.

Expected Result

The AI bot or agent responsible for reviewing models or products needs to be adjusted—much like how it functioned when the platform first launched. Back then, if the AI detected mature content, it would automatically flag the item as “mature,” and that flag couldn’t be removed without going through an appeal process. If an appeal was successful, the flag would be removed (or upheld), and you could immediately resubmit the model. Right now, the system is a mess: the appeal process doesn’t work, and the “mature” flag doesn’t even get applied correctly. Furthermore, even if you change the title or the photo, the AI can still hit you with the same “mature content” penalty. This needs to be fixed.

Observed Result

Endless product shipments, endless penalties, and an inability to adapt—all while still failing to get that “mature content” checkbox enabled.

Platform

Any browser. Chrome, Opera, and so on.

Operating System

Windows

Additional Notes

When the FAB project first launched, if the AI incorrectly assigned a “mature” (adult-oriented) classification to a product, you could simply uncheck the box when submitting an appeal to have the classification removed. This functionality is now broken, resulting in an endless, circular loop. Either the AI bot needs to be fixed, or we should be given the option to toggle the “mature” classification ourselves, even after a product is already listed and being sold on the platform.

After the 6th attempt to submit it, it was removed from the store and moved to “drafts.” But even that didn’t help. I still can’t submit it, even with the checkbox selected.

The team has manually adjusted the mature content selection, but the listing needs to be republished. Can you please let us know if it worked?

Hi, no. Even in draft mode, I ran into an error when I checked the “mature” box, and it wouldn’t send. I ended up sending it again without the checkbox.

Hi. The model was approved. I still don’t quite understand what that bug with the penalties was about—an appeal gets accepted, but then the penalty is applied again later. I hope you’ve fixed this bug. Thanks!
