You will soon realise that it starts to fall into place, Just keep do tutorials and you will learn more than you think.
Even do some tutorials that you do not need, because other nodes and scripting turns up that you can use.
Not one tut will ever explain everything.

I have already done first 3,4 chapters of the official tutorials on youtube, it really helps me to get to understand the engine.
Also I have been watching tutorials from digital tutors. Their implementations also helped me a lot.
