I have setup crypto settings as outlined here Packaging Projects | Unreal Engine Documentation but in the package output log it says:
LogPakFile: Display: Using encryption key ‘Default’ [00000000000000000000000000000000]
Is the key just hidden with 0 in the log, or is it not using the real key?
I think you just forget to click on this button
00000000000000000000000000000000 mean no key with out key is mean no encryption
Thanks for the idea Bama, but no, I have created a key, and it is enabled for pak signing, under project packaging settings, also there, ‘Use pak file’ is enabled, though the ‘Ini Key Blacklist’, also under packaging settings, lists ‘EncryptionKey’ - which is the default - hence why I thought about the ‘0’ may be maskging my key, but still unclear.

It appears that the configured key is used, even though the log is only displaying a key with zeros in it.
How can this be guaranteed?
