As seen in the screenshot, the trees start having these weird glitchy lines (mostly in the corner) when I enable nanite. I don’t know what causes this, it happens also on stock nanite enabled trees, all the trees in the scene are from the megascans library in the marketplace.
but even with that on, I still found that small leaf cards can become so small they cause shading issues. I wonder if perhaps we may need to make leaf cards a little larger and perhaps thick to look good with nanite, but I haven’t test it out yet.
Unfortunately, the glitches stay the same, it’s like the triangles are being misinterpreted and misplaced (which are the lines in the first picture), as they are missing from the model itself (photo 1).
And as I’m writing this I found a temporary solution!
setting the trim relative error to >=1 fixes it, but it’s still a bit weird when looking up close, as it loses some definition and detail (photo 2).
