"Enable High DPI Support" setting doesn't work - UE5 editor wrong scale and resolution on MacOS

Hello Everyone,

I am currently trying to setup UE5 on my M1 Mac.

When I open the engine, I get a blurry editor not scaled to my screen resolution. I tried to activate and deactivate the Enable High DPI Support setting in the appearance tab, but nothing change.

Here is what it looks like:

I compiled the engine form source to get the new optimisations for arm-based Mac and did a custom install build to reduce the engine size on my hard drive. I’m using the 5.1 release. I tried doing the whole process again, and managed to have a good resolution a few times, but it changed without knowing why.

Any idea on how to solve that ?

Thanks in advance. Louis
