"Enable Drawing" in RecastNavMesh reset itself to off everytime opening level

As title says, the “Enable Drawing” setting is set to off in one of my levels everytime I open it.
However the navmesh system is working correctly, only when I press P and it won’t show up the green meshes.
My other levels seem working fine and just this one map that has this issue.
I also tried to set “Enable Drawing” in project settings, and resaving the map to a new one, the problem still persists.
What could be the cause of this, and if I continue working with this map, will it have long term damage to my project? because this particular level is really complex and I put a lot of work in it, I don’t wanna just throw it away and make a new one because this unknown issue.
