all they tell me is check forums my god support has never told me anything but go check forums for anything i have ever asked. They never have an answer only to check forums. You would think this being a starting point would be a normal issue for people and easy to identify and address but the support is so uneducated and leave it up to dev teams to give us help. To me just seems like they will not even try to support us. Is a simple ask why i cant see my world after see the large mem upload and published cant see any content in playtest or game. If we cant ask and get simple starter support then they need to stop pretending to have support.
