Emitter Distance Culling

I am new to UE and I am struggling to get my beam particle emitter to show in the distance. I am spawning AI and then they walk to the character, but my beam emitter only shows at a certain distance and when my player camera is in the frame of the AI. I have tried increasing the max drawing distance, but that doesn’t work. Can someone please explain to me how I can get my beam emitters to show when the AI spawns far away and also that player can look up at the beam max point in the air without it disappearing?
