Summary
It is really disappointing that every creator needs to create a hyperwallet and fill out all this bugging tax information, even if you want to offer stuff for free! And then this information is even exposed to the public.
I really didn’t know and in my opinion wasn’t told, that my email address is public to everyone on my creator profile!
Now… I want to change the email address of my public FAB creator information of the About tab but I can not !?
The only message I got from FAB support after days was:
"… The Digital Services Act, a European Union law, requires marketplaces to collect and disclose information about certain sellers and products. If you self-identify as a Trader, you will need to provide the information that is required by the law including your email address, address, and phone number. This information will be displayed as outlined by the DSA. For more information about the DSA, please go here
We are not able find any active Trade information for your Seller profile. …"
That was not helpful at all! I want to hide my email address from the public or at least be able to change it!
