Hello. I am trying to start selling my models in the Sketchfab Store. I have a personal Japanese PayPal account (I am a resident of Japan). I thought Japan was on the list of supported countries, but I received a response saying, “The specific PayPal account type required to receive payments from online marketplaces is not supported in your country. Please note that while personal or business PayPal accounts may be available in your country, the account type that is required to sell on the Sketchfab Store is unavailable.”
I want to know what specific type of account I need to have for receiving money in Japan. Will I be eligible to receive money if I have a PayPal Business account? Please help me understand how I can resolve this issue.
