I am working for a small architecture firm and we have been using Twinmotion with the Archicad exporter for a number of years, but lately it seems to have become completely messed up when we try and do a direct link.
It seems like sometimes when we link the archicad model through to twinmotion it will randomly move elements (like all the external doors).
Lately a big one that has been happening is if we have a project started in Archicad with the standard storey settings, and then later on we get actual site levels and update the Archicad file it will get really confused when updating the twinmotion, it will move SOME of the elements, but not all of them. This is a screenshot of what happened just now.
This is happening across various versions of Archicad, and various versions of Twinmotion. It is happening to every single person in our office.
I am starting to lose my mind with how frustrating this software is to use. Am I doing something wrong!?
