Either Megascane assets allowed or not?

Hello Fab Team,

We are receiving feedback that megascane assets are not allowed for distribution. However, in our previous submissions, we did not receive such feedback, and we are unsure why this issue is arising now.
We would like to clarify that we are not redistributing the Megascans assets individually. These assets are used as part of a complete environment and are not shared or distributed as standalone items.

Our previous environments, which included Megascans assets in a similar integrated manner, were reviewed and approved for FAB publication. We are following the same usage practices and remain committed to complying with the relevant terms.

If there has been any change in policy regarding the use of Megascans assets in published environments, kindly let us know so we can make any necessary adjustments.

As far as I know Megascan Assets cannot be redistributed with Marketplace Assetpacks even as Demo (This Applies to Metahuman as well).

However you can use other Assets created by Epic Games as Demo by putting that content in Demo Folder (For example Templates, City Sample, etc) in your Asset Pack.

Fab Product Reviewers are very inconsistent (Some Reviewers maybe new and unfamiliar with all Policies) do not rely on them.

Most of Marketplace Sellers use Modified Public Domain Textures instead of Megascans with there Models or Enviromnent
