Hi, I would like to know how can I see the real analytics of my game named ‘Ungate’ ?because it shows 2 sales but on the play time there are 215 hours on may 13; this cannot be accurate and I would like to know if I can receive the real analytics somehow. Is there another way to get the actual numbers? Thank you

After discussing with our analytics team we can confirm the sales amount is accurate. The gameplay numbers may be a result of players’ account sharing which we’re looking into further.
