Hello,
although there is already an egg collector mod available, i wanted to create my own one for me and a friend. The modeling part is the easiest thing here - and i have also huge knowledge in blueprint scripting.
But i haven´t found a method jet to transfer only fertilized eggs into the egg collector.
Here is what we want to have :
A.) Find Fertilized Eggs inside a given range
B.) Transfer them with all data into the inventory (egg collector inventory)
All i found out until now, is how to setup a inventory in general. Sphere tracing did not work well - because i could not ask if the traced egg is fertilized or not. And in addition i can´t see how to transfer objects to the inventory item with all data.
