Hello,EG launcher installation went fine, but after starting the launcher immediately shut down and after that appears this message.

Did you install to a default directory? If you right click and go to launcher properties does the binary exist in the directory linked? It may be a execution path problem.
Hi B3ny, Thanks for responding. So ye i have installed to the default directory (C:\Program Files (x86)\Epic Games) and i am sure the binary is correct. The problem have to be somewhere else

I apologize for the delayed response. Based on your DxDiag, Service Pack 1 has not been installed for your OS. Please run the Windows updater to installed SP1 and make sure your Os is up to date. If you still experience this issue, please reply back with an updated DxDiag and we will continue to investigate for you.
