Educator Livestream - Real-Time Motion Graphics for Broadcast w/ Unreal Engine - September 18, 2 PM

WHAT

Unreal Engine is rapidly becoming the go-to tool for all things film, television & broadcast. In Unreal Engine 4.26, Sequencer, the Media Framework, 3D text tools, and in-editor animation tools have matured to the point where creatives can develop stunning real-time visuals at incredible fidelity.

On this Friday’s Educator Livestream, we will be joined by Patrick Wambold, Epic Games and Unreal Engine’s Technical Account Manager and Solutions Architect for Broadcast and Live Events to discuss the concept of Motion Graphics - the animated, graphical overlays, titles and other eye-candy used to enhance sporting events, concerts and even your favorite YouTube channels.

We will discuss how Unreal is being utilized by Motion Graphics professionals in the broadcast and live entertainment fields as well as his role and the types of projects he has worked on at Epic. Patrick will also demonstrate some of the newest Unreal Engine features and third party tools professionals are using now to create next-gen Motion Graphics.

Please join us once again on Friday, September 18th for another informative and valuable Educator Livestream on Twitch.
