Are “Editorial” products allowed to be sold on the new Fab Marketplace?
For example: A Rubik’s Cube 3d model, a BMW car model, or a 3d character from a movie. These are either real life products, or brand owned content. So if sold, they would need to be licensed as “Editorial” meaning that they can’t be used for commercial use by the buyer.
Some other 3d marketplaces have the Editorial License, but are these types of 3d models allowed to be sold on Fab?
I think I found the answer to this question. 3d models and assets that are using a brand name or logo are not allowed. Using the link below, If you scroll down to the bottom of the page, it reads the following:

If I am a Publisher on Fab, can I publish products that include brand names or logos, for example?
Products must not contain or be marketed using any copyrighted or trademark protected names, branding, or content, including any Epic-owned trademarks (such as game titles, logos, or character names), unless owned by or adequately licensed to the publisher.
In the event that a product is removed from Fab because it is determined to have violated someone’s intellectual property, we will notify customers who have purchased the product that the product was removed for legal reasons.
