I just had a lesser issue, where the entire interface is visible - but the interface flickers when the mouse highlights new choices. The easiest way to fix it without affecting anything else, is to open the Nvidia APP/control panel, go to “Manage 3D settings” and then “Program Settings”. Pick the unreal editor from the drop down menu. Then set “Monitor Technology” to Fixed Refresh. If the unreal editor is running, restart it. The flickering should be gone. Leaving it here, in case anyone else finds this through google. Maybe it’s an issue mostly affecting people with connections via HDMI, since it isn’t so widely reported on..
