Editor warnings & packaged build crash

Hi guys,
i still cant manage to run my build game.
i narrowed all down to two warnings in the editor on startup of my demo level

package is working fine.

on openeing the packaged build i get this error:

Also getting this in 5.1 during build (not crashing)
