Editor Slow After some construction

I have one problem, when i start to blockout my map after put some boxes and cylinders, the editor start to get slow.

i open the map effects, made by you guys, the map effects run very good, i want to know what i am doing wrong

Build lighting and geometry. If your computer slows down even more build on different levels for speed and bring them together at the end.
