Editor Scripting to Create Level Sequence key frames and event triggers

Hello, I’m trying to develop an editor utility that can create keyframes in a Level Sequence.

Pacifically I would like to create an event trigger keyframe at a given frame and bind a pre-existing function/custom event to it.

First off does this even sound possible in Blueprint?
and if so any pointers would be greatly appreciated
