Editor SCALABILITY settings PASS TO Windows Package

Hi all.

I spend some time playing around with the Scalability settings in the editor so that a VR scene will run smoothly. The combination needed for it to look good and run smooth is all HIGH but Anti aliasing to Cinematic.

I would like to Package this level to distribute it. But to my surprise - the packaged game runs very bad. After reading about it, it looks like the package settings are DIFFERENT to the ones in the editor, namely the Windows Package settings for PC go to EPIC automatically…

Why ON EARTH this exists? The scalability settings should be carried out from what you set in the editor. It is not like that in Unity for example…

Saying this - how would I make the packaged game have the same scalability settings as the editor?
