i really like blueprint editor and would like to use it for my own purposes. What does the license say about using the code for the editor ?
You can’t take source code from Unreal and use it anywhere else. That’s pretty much the end of it.

You also can’t ship a game with editor code, I believe. You have to have explicit permission from Epic. If you want to support mods for example, your mod SDK needs to be made available on the Epic Launcher and nowhere else.
The license you linked actually says you can use all of the code in your own projects, however editor code may not be redistributed to non-licensees and 5% royalties will apply to whatever revenue you get from this.
