I’m having issues where the editor stutters. I’ve tried searching for answers and not much has been found.
It’s annoying and makes it hard to work. I’ve tried scaling the resolution/rendering, enabled and disabled frame smoothing. I can’t find anymore things to do.
I’m using a RTX 2070 with a AMD Ryzen 7 3600 CPU and 32GB of DDR4 RAM.

It’s almost certainly another program you’re running. Take a look in the task manager, sorted by CPU.
I am having the same issue with AMD Threadripper 2950X, 64GB RAM, RX 6900 XT
I have tested a lot of things myself, no other programs running excluding windows & it’s extensions. I’ve swapped out my GPU to an older card and it still had the same effect. There has to be some setting or something that has caused this issue. I will continue to look but other than that if someone finds something hopefully they’ll post it here.
