Editor hangs on Android deployment


I am deploying the Android game to my Bacon phone. During the deployment process, 99% of the Launch attempts end up hanging editor forever in these stages:

Sometimes it’s about some slate image, sometimes it’s localization files. Editor can spend 400+ seconds just hanging there on that file. It’s fully responsive and I can just cancel the cooking, but if I start it again nearly every time it just hangs, on different files.

What is the issue?

On my Mac there is no such problem with the identical project.

Is it also possible to get rid of slate files and some engine images being cooked into my game? I never use them in the gameplay.
