Editor hangs for 30 seconds when I play or undo

@Ari_Epic thanks for your answer, but I manage to found the problem. I have my project sync with Source Control and somehow it locked some files in my project folder (…\Saved\Config\WindowsEditor). I needed to uncheck “read only” on the settings of the folder, after that it worked just fine!
