Editor freezes on Linux

I have the same problem. Renders the editor almost unusable. Here are my system specs
Dell XPS 7590 | 9th gen i7 | 16 GB Ram | Nvidia GTX 1650 4GB GDDR5
I’m using Pop_OS! 19.10
