Editor crashing with error code 00000001

Any time I try to do anything with my Character blueprint the editor crashes and gives this error:

I am not able to Compile the blueprint, close the blueprint after opening it, stop playing the game, delete the character from the world or delete the character all together, i cant remove its parent. anytime i try to do any of the above the editor immediately crashes.

any help would be greatly appreciated. I have tried finding the problem but my projects is very entangled with nearly all of my blueprints referencing something else.
