Editor crashes Skeleton Mesh Editing Tools

Has anyone encountered this problem after making modifications to a skeleton mesh using the ‘Skeleton Mesh Editing Tools’ plugin? Whenever I attempt to access animations or the IK rig, control rig, or try to edit animations with the control rig, the editor crashes. I even created new IK and control rigs after deleting and re-adding bones, but the issue persists.

Still an issue. Opening anything in the Skeletal Mesh Editing tools causes a crash. Trying to edit weights, add bones and save, bind skin, etc…
Tried with multiple different skeletons and meshes, in multiple different projects.

PC is powerful so that’s not the issue.

Same problem here, crushes with different characters, any solution please?

I don’t know if they fixed it in 5.4 version but what I have been doing is editing skeletons and animations in a different project and then I migrate or export/import them to the main project. that’s why if it breaks it won’t have much impact on the main project
