Hello. To me it looks like you have tried to read data from a null pointer/invalid actor that has somehow underflowed. To stop this happening, you should not do that.

Hey man!
You can get much more info by pressing in this window “click here to view directory” and there would be log file. There you will see the error. You can search through file to find the “error”.
If you won’t be able to find out the problem - could you copy the log here or somehow make us to see that log.
