Editor Constantly Crashing

Hi Epic Team,

I have a performance piece going live in a week and we are experiencing an increased number of crashes in Unreal to point where we can only run for 5 minutes at a time. All of code has been locked for a month, so I am assuming it can be attributed to content. Looking through logs I am seeing a few errors but haven’t been able to find any fixes in forums for them. I wouldn’t be surprised if crashes were attributed to more than one issue.
We are running 4.7.6 on Window 7 machine and using two plugins: Ikinema and OSC. I do see an error with OSC in logs but it’s relatively new and was previously stable in this version of Unreal for a month prior.

I took a look at log you’ve attached, but it appears to be cut off. Can you and attach entire logs folder, in case there’s one in there with more information? I’d also like to see information provided in Crash Reporter window, please. Thanks!

We wont be rehearsing again until Friday so I may not be able to get you output of crash report window until then.

Your crash appears to be coming from accessing an object which is null inside UE4Editor-LADataStreamCore.dll

I could be wrong, but i don’t believe that is part of default Unreal Engine 4 install. Do you know which middleware piece that is part of?

Do you have access to source? A call stack would be super helpful.

I had a quick look at logs you are attaching, it seems there are few errors with rigid body names. Can you please update to latest version of LiveAction that was released early this week.
