Editor build with the wrong configuration

Hello,

I have a strange behavior with the 5.1.1 i can only build in shipping configuration not matter what setting I have, currently i want to build in test but when i check the “Package”, i have Shipping builds.
I tried force/full rebuild and deleting the Intermediate folder

Any idea ?
