Editing animations help

Is there a way to copy the bones of an animation and paste them to another?

Essentially, I’ve made a crouching sequence in the animation blueprint. Idle to crouch, crouch blend space, crouch to idle.

I’d like to copy the beginning bones from the “crouch idle” to the end of the “idle to crouch” animation. I’ve tried to manually edit the end of the animation to line up but for the life of me, I can’t get it. I just want the feet to line up so they don’t slide.

Is what I’m asking even possible? Thanks in advance.

This isnt being done in the sequencer btw, just editing one animation to line up with the second.

Is this the ue4 solution? im currently on ue5 and as im sure youre aware, the whole retargeting thing has changed. Thank you for the reply, i appreciate it.

Hey @HKesadilla! Welcome to the forums!

When you say sliding, are they not in the same orientation, are they sliding forward or backwards? There may be a different solution that may work for you if we find out more specifics on what exactly is happening. Do you mind possibly sharing a video of your issue?
