Edit: Solved- Adding Custom "LOD Groups"

I was looking for how to add user defined LOD Groups. I found the answer shortly after posting. Editing this post to condense to just the answer:

The LOD Group provides a list of presets to quickly choose the right LOD settings for your project. These can be changed per project in BaseEngine.ini under [StaticMeshLODSettings]. We encourage you to set up good categories for your project, primarily using LOD groups, instead of controlling the details of every LOD.

For total newbies like me, BaseEngine.ini will be located in the engine install directory, not the project directory. Confusing, as they state it can be changed on a per project basis.

Sorry guys, not trying to waste your time. I just seem to have a habit of only finding the answer after making a post.
