First of all, sorry if this is the wrong place for post - searching materials or the likes in the list didn’t show any results…
I’m working inside the material editor looking to add edgewear to my buildings. Is it possible to get the information of the object the material is applied to?
There must be a way to blend a texture at the sharper, or more angular areas of an object inside the materials assigned… I feel like this should be achievable without the need of post-processing. I think i’m just missing the correct terminology and chatGPT just keeps running me around in circles with nodes that don’t exist.
Has anyone got any idea, or a place to start at least? I didn’t think texture manipulation would be this different.
