When trying to install UE4 i get this error

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and nothing is working. Please help
I am using windows 8
I am also getting this error when trying to install Ark Dev Kit through Epic Games Launcher. Hoping for some answers.

Hello! I also can’t download UnityEngine since yesterday. Keep getting an error code of “E70-2006”.
Restarting my laptop and reinstalling the EpicGamesLauncher don’t seem to fix the problem… Also tried all the common solutions for troubleshooting…

We have seen this issue happen when there is no location information registered with the account. To resolve this, please log into your Epic account at www.unrealengine.com, click on the “Profile” link, update all sections marked with “*” and save your information. Restart your launcher and try again. If this does not resolve your issue, please let us know.
