E57 vs Ptx. E57 alignment don’t work!

Hi!
I have scans acquired with a FaroCam2 laser scanner. the clouds were recorded in FaroScene. I have exported the scans both in ptx and in e57 format. ptx scans work, Reality does the alignment correctly. scans in e57 format do not work because Reality in the alignment process extracts 0 tie points. why?!
