E mail change

Hi,

my email address is now inactive so I need to change it in my Epic account. Unfortunately, for some strange reason, Epic does not allow us to change the email address on user accounts, and there is no such topic in the FAQ.

Could any Epic employee tell me how to change my email address? I tried to follow a different topic on the forum, where in September 2018 another method was given to change the email address but the link no longer works and the admin closed the topic …

Apparently due to scammers in Fortnite (Which has nothing to do with us) they removed the ability to change your email, so now we have to wait(for who knows how many months) before they implement a new system to do so.

To change your email address please contact Epic Account Support by filling out this form. It says Fortnite, but it’s for UE4 support too, just select “PC/Mac” from the Fortnite Game Platform combo-box, select a random Game Mode, and then use “Accounts” option for Game Issue.

Make sure to include all relevant information and they will reply back to you by email.
