Dynamically set play rate (What is an Anim Single Node Instance?)

Hey, everyone.

I have an ability that lets my character chain left and right punches. I want to have the punches get faster over time. I have all the logic set up pre-animations (I was initially using a couple of boxes to represent the punches), but now I want to add animations in the mix.

I have my left and right animations and playing them is no problem, however I can’t seem to dynamically increase their play rate or get their duration. I found the Set Play Rate and Get Length nodes, however they require an Anim Single Node Instance input.

I’ve tried looking up documentation, forum posts, etc, on what exactly that is and how I can get it, but my search was fruitless.

If anyone has helpful information, please enlighten me.
