If you make it yourself, yes. But the engine doesn’t include a feature like that.
A great example is included with the Stylized Showcase with the ground material. It is set up so that, depending on height and angle, different terrain materials are applied.
That’s not dynamic terrain, that’s just a terrain material.
It’s currently not possible. Search the forums as to the tech discussions about it.
“dynamic” terrain is fairly ambiguous - deformable terrain, voxel terrain, etc… describe what I assume the OP is requesting to a better degree - but I digress - not possible at this point in time. You can however, do a lot of other cool things!
