how can i make a dynamic movement in blueprint?

There’s a powerful AnimDynamics node, it may be your best approach. Once you get your rig either set up or imported, its super easy to use. Here’s the tutorial from the docs:

“Capsule Component” and “Sphere Mesh” should change angles when moving forward or turning

Your best route would probably be to implement some Animation Blueprints! You can add them to the mesh to make your object move, and you can set the rotation of the object in the animation.

If you can follow along with this, you should be able to animate a lot of things in Unreal.
