Dynamic Mesh Instances?

Hi Guys

Forgive me for ignorance (Im a newbee) but I would like some advice about possible instances of dynamic meshes.

I will give an example… say for instance I would like to switch a tree for a shrub in real time… how would I blueprint this? I know there is such a thing as dynamic material instances where you can literally change the attributes of that with colour swatches in real time etc.

This video gives a good example of dynamic material instances being used in a similar fashion to how I would like dynamic mesh instances to be used.

you could switch mesh for sure.
or simple spawn new/destroy old would work as well.
